South Africa claim Africa women's title
Zenay Jordaan looks every inch a future Olympian for South Africa's women's Sevens team

Three weeks before competing at the fourth and final round of the IRB Women's Sevens World Series in Amsterdam, South Africa took the spoils at Africa's CAR Women's Sevens in Tunis on 20 April.

Denver Wannies' side, who have impressed in their two outings so far on the Series and reached the final at round one in Dubai, beat fellow Rugby World Cup Sevens 2013 qualifiers Tunisia in the final.

In Amsterdam the South Africans face pool matches against England, Canada and France.
